Steve Jobs is Dead: a Webcomic by Sibauchi Steve Jobs is Dead: a Webcomic by Sibauchi
A tribute in webcomic format to Steve Jobs.

Sorry for the insane height; I had to put this up in a Korean blog which has severe width limitations, and which is why most Korean webcomics are so long height-wise.

It's been over a week since he died, but guess I needed the time to sort things out. I wasn't a huge Apple fan-I've used a Mac only once during an entry-level graphic design course at college, and happen to own an iPhone 3GS. (which partly sucks!)

Never was a big Steve Jobs fan either, though he still interested me. And I'm sorry he's gone.

I won't say RIP to Steve Jobs, because I believe he really wasn't the settling type. Instead I wish him a good journey.

Note: Tim Carmody's quote was a bit paraphrased to fit into the context, but I tried to keep the original meaning as much as I can.

WOW!!!

not many things make me stop and think, but this is brilliant.

i love the focus on the man not the name, on the unique blend of good and bad & the humor interjected into it.

you've done a wonderful job here xx

I'm so glad you liked it!

There were some issues-good and bad-that I just couldn't ignore about Steve Jobs, but putting them all in and making a readable comic was quite difficult and wasn't sure if the results were all good. But I guess the efforts did pay off!

the results are beyond good. you've done an excellent portrayal of a legacy in a neat, condensed package - stripped down to the bones without all the confusing grey areas. You should be very proud of what you've done here :)

Thanks!
But to be fair, he was a very distinctive figure.
